Make sure you read The Pink Ladies’ rules and tips to help you have the fabbest possible time at Lolasland.com.
1. Follow the rules!
If you break these rules, your account will be deleted, and you won’t have access to the site. So be nice! Print them out if you think you might forget ;-)
2. Don’t use your real name in your screen name.
When you register, you create a screen name to use on the site. Because everyone on Lolasland.com can see your screen name, you shouldn’t include your real name — or any numbers from your address or phone number.
Why not give yourself a totally different crazy new name? Make up something fun like PrincessPink or SparkleSister? But remember, once you’ve set your name, you can’t change it.
3. NEVER EVER TELL anyone your password or personal info.
You create a password during registration, and you’ll need to enter it each time you sign in to Loladand.com so make sure it’s something you’ll always remember. You can change your password in ‘My Info’ (link) once you’ve signed in.
Don’t reveal your name, address, phone number, or e-mail to anyone online, even if you think it might be someone you know. No-one from Lolasland.com will ever ask for your password, so keep it secret!
4. NEVER ASK anyone for their password or personal info.
No-one is allowed to share personal info on Lolasland.com. If you ask for someone else’s password or personal info, we’ll have to ask you to stop using Lolasland.com. Sorry, that’s the rules!
5. No naughty words!
No swearing or swear words at any time, anywhere on the site. It’s so not cool, chica.
If you do use naughty cuss-type words, you could be asked to leave Lolasland.com.
Notebook - rules and tips:
We’ve tried to make our notebook as fun, easy and safe as possible, but please let us know if there’s anything you don’t understand by emailing me at Lola@lolasland.com.
We’ve created a list of words or ‘dictionary’ which contains all the words you’re allowed to use in your notebook, if there’s something that you really want to say but can’t, click on the ‘Suggest this word’ button and let us know! We’re always trying to make this feature better and more fun for you.
We’ll try and store your notes for up to 90 days but only a limited number can be stored on your profile at a time, so if you have loads you’ll notice that your oldest notes will be deleted.
Please don’t talk about meeting up in the real world on Lolasland.com – to ensure that you’re safe, we ask you not to exchange any personal information. If anyone says anything to make you feel uncomfortable in any way please remove them from your friends and let us know immediately by emailing us at Lola@lolasland.com
Lastly, don’t forget that Lolasland.com is a fun, safe place to hang and is open to absolutely everyone so please don’t say anything hurtful or naughty to the other Pink Ladies. If you do upset anyone, your account could be deleted. Bullying will absolutely not ever, ever be tolerated. So be nice!
