Not only the people are having the testing which are very expensive, the people who are being diagnosed with HIV, the counseling is very much important which requires the money. On the other hand, the patient education is very much important. These funds are targeted to solve these problems.

There are many social dilemma and stigma which are related to the patients who are suffering from HIV. When the looking out for the best of the treatment has been looking for, the cost for the medication has been very high. Along with this, the testing for the HIV is also costly in some parts of the world. Some tests that are being conducted for the HIV are also not efficient and most of the testing techniques that are present are 80%.
